I wasn’t tagged for this but I saw this tag on KBbookreviews and loved it so I thought I’d give it a go! Unfortunately though my memory is terrible and I did very badly lol. See for yourself…
Here are the rules:
Answer the prompts without using the internet or looking at your bookshelves. Your answers have to all come from memory! Make sure to link to the person who originally tagged you and, once your done, you can tag five other people if you’d like.
Let’s start!
NAME A BOOK WRITTEN BY AN AUTHOR CALLED MICHAEL
This is an easy one for me, as I’ve been thinking about this book ever since I’ve read it (and I’ve read it often)! It’s this absolute gem which I adore to bits by Michael K. Hill – if you haven’t read it yet you absolutely have to!! Romantic, deep, and so, so bittersweet. Be prepared with lots of tissues!
NAME A BOOK WITH A DRAGON ON THE COVER
Ok, so one that comes to mind immediately is Eragon by Christopher Paoloni – I’ve been wanting to read this for literally sooo many years but never have…maybe now is finally the time?! Have you read it?
NAME A BOOK WRITTEN BY AN AUTHOR WITH THE SURNAME SMITH
Omg I’m so bad!!! I can’t remember any Smiths🙈 (my memory is terrible!)
NAME A BOOK SET IN AUSTRALIA
Umm ok I think I better see myself out… It suddenly feels like I haven’t read any books at all🤣 I can’t remember any books set in Australia – can you recommend any?
NAME A BOOK WITH THE NAME OF A MONTH IN THE TITLE
Another book I haven’t read yet but what instantly comes to mind is November 9 by Colleen Hoover – I haven’t read many Colleen Hoover books yet but they all seem to have such great reviews that I’m really curious, but then again many people seem to say they are such emotional tearjerkers that I’m shying away from them a bit. Have you read any of them? What is your take on them?
NAME A BOOK WITH A KNIFE ON THE COVER
This makes me think of a book I was so excited to stumble upon in a bookshop many years ago, I loved the sound of it and was really excited to take it home but then for some reason I cannot pinpoint…I never read it! Has that ever happened to you?? The book I’m talking about is And I Darken by Kiersten White (I love the cover btw!).
NAME A BOOK WITH THE WORD ‘ONE’ IN THE TITLE
Ready Player One comes to mind – which I have yet to read! That is literally the only ONE (get it??) I can think of!
NAME A BOOK WITH AN EPONYMOUS TITLE
I’m thinking of The Picture of Dorian Gray – one of my all time favourite classics! It never gets old (pun intended🤣) and finally one that I have read lol.
NAME A BOOK TURNED INTO A MOVIE
Oh my, there are so many! Right now I’m thinking of The Hunger Games for some reason – I remember how I devoured the book (all of them actually) and I thought the movie was so close to it and really well done!
And that is it! Not gonna lie, this was really hard (and my memory is really bad)! If you want to give this tag a go consider yourself tagged!
Thank you all so much for reading!
xoxo
this would definitely be a challenging tag for me 😂
Suddenly I couldn’t think of any books😅🙈🙈
Oof yes nope im bad at remembering things.. 😝
Isn’t one of the « books » in the midnight library by matt haig set in australia? 🤔
One by one by Ruth Ware is my one in mind- ahaha i love her books so much!
I have no idea, my memory is terrible😅🙈 you should try the tag!
Hi there Noly!
I just did the tag and loved it! I actually normally start my TTT posts and Six Degrees from memory, so it wasn’t all that difficult. The knife one threw me a bit as I couldn’t think of a cover, but only a title!
You still did very well.
Have a great week ahead!
Elza Reads
